I. Product Introduction: The liquid bath thermal shock test chamber is an effective test device used to reproduce test results within a short period of time. It adopts a touch-off color LCD operation screen that is common to ESPEC. Corresponding to the US military standard MIl-STD-883F(Method No.1011.9) and other test standards, the liquid tank impact test chamber uses a stirring convection liquid medium instead of a circulating air medium for heat transfer, which can meet the harsh test requirements. The system structure can be divided into a high-temperature liquid tank (preheating zone). The low-temperature liquid bath (pre-cooling zone) consists of two parts. By controlling the mechanical transmission components to alternately place the test samples into the high and low-temperature liquid baths, it simulates the instantaneous change environment between high and low temperatures. The liquid bath impact test chamber is suitable for simulating and evaluating the adaptability of related products and materials in the aviation industry, defense industry, automation components, automotive parts, electronic and electrical instrument components, semiconductors and other fields under conditions of rapid changes in surrounding temperature, thereby determining whether the reliability and stability of the products and other parameters are qualified. By enhancing the airtightness of the test area to prevent slurry expansion and using a water separation filter screen to separate water, the consumption has decreased by 65% compared to the old model. Compared with the old model, the installation area is reduced by more than 15% and the weight is reduced by more than 18%. Iv. Compared with the air shock test chamber, greater temperature stress can be applied to the specimens. ■ Compact in shape. Compared with products of the same specification from other brands, it can save more floor space. ■ Independent refrigeration, with excellent technology. It adopts the independently developed single compressor refrigeration technology, breaking through the bottleneck of conventional refrigeration technology, and can achieve temperature shock in a large temperature range from -100℃ to +150℃.
